John is a Senior Director at Pointe Advisory and leads Pointe Health, the firm’s healthcare practice. In this role, he collaborates with business leaders to foster growth, improve competitive positioning, and guide capital allocation strategies. His extensive healthcare experience spans across the life sciences, healthcare services, pharmacy, payer, provider, medical equipment, and MedTech sub-sectors.

John's functional expertise is particularly deep in areas such as growth strategy, market assessments, customer experience, patient journeys, competitive positioning, and commercial due diligence. His comprehensive knowledge of healthcare allows him to offer holistic solutions that are specifically tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities faced by his clients, considering customer needs, competitive positioning, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.

Before assuming his current leadership role, John was a deputy in the General Practice at Pointe, concentrating on multiple sectors including healthcare, financial services, professional services, private equity, and industrials. During his tenure in the General Practice, he successfully delivered over 200 engagements that spanned growth strategy, competitive analysis, customer insights, and commercial due diligence, serving a diverse range of clients across the Americas, EMEIA, and APAC regions.

John's professional journey began as an analyst at a special situation hedge fund, which provided him with a robust foundation in financial analysis and investment strategies. John’s diverse background enables him to bring a dynamic commercial perspective to his consulting engagements.
