Jon is a Senior Director leading the Pointe Private Equity Practice, which specializes in serving buy- and sell-side clients across a variety of industries and practice areas, both in the middle market and with bulge bracket clients. Jon with more than 10 years of professional experience, focused on private equity and venture capital due diligence, corporate strategy, and customer experience. In his career, Jon has led processes on more than 50 M&A deals in the private equity and venture capital markets, with expertise across industrials, professional services, and consumer technology. In addition, Jon has led growth strategy and customer strategy engagements for some of the largest Fortune 500 companies, helping to prioritize opportunities and lead execution to help clients build enduring capabilities for sustained growth.

Prior to joining Pointe Advisory, Jon spent 6 years at Bain & Company, in both their Private Equity Group and General Practice. Prior to joining Bain, Jon was a Military Intelligence officer in the U.S. Army, with multiple overseas deployments to Afghanistan and Kosovo. Jon sits on the Board of Directors for a DC-based nonprofit whose mission is to end teen suicide.

Jon received his MBA with distinction from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and was a distinguished military graduate from the College of William & Mary’s Army ROTC program.
