Ramon is a Partner at Pointe and leads our General Practice. Ramon has 20-plus years of experience consulting Global 500 and private equity clients in the areas of growth strategy and competitive positioning.
 

Ramon has developed deep expertise and specialization around services businesses, with a particular emphasis on technology enablement (and disruption) across professional services, financial services and health services.

Prior to his role leading Pointe’s General Practice, Ramon launched and led our Private Equity practice. Under his leadership, Pointe PE supported middle market private equity firms and their portfolio companies across the full deal life-cycle, from initial target identification and commercial diligence to value creation to exit preparation and vendor diligence. With more than 100 deals’ worth of experience, Ramon continues to advise Pointe and its PE clientele on active processes and support with 100-day planning initiatives.

Prior to joining Pointe, Ramon served as Managing Director at Citigate Markowitz & McNaughton, a buy-side acquisition search, commercial due diligence (CDD), and market intelligence firm. Ramon is a published author, including several articles on trends in M&A.
