Stephanie brings a unique blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and proven track record of delivering transformative growth to her role at Pointe. With deep experience across diverse industries including Agriculture Tech, Venture Capital, and M&A Investment Banking, she excels at translating complex visions into actionable plans.

  

Before joining Pointe, Stephanie directed the global tech strategy and digital transformation efforts at CNH Industrial, strengthening its competitive positioning and launching innovative solutions to market. Her career spans roles in corporate strategy at Andreessen Horowitz-backed startup Apeel Sciences, and she cofounded a corporate development practice, advising over 100 early-stage businesses on their growth strategy, operating model, and venture fundraising.

 

Stephanie leverages her financial background from prior investing roles at VC funds Sands Capital Ventures and PowerPlant Ventures, having begun her career in Middle Market M&A Investment Banking at Wells Fargo Securities.
